It is a platform in which scholars of color are purposefully celebrated. It’s a space where scholars of color are showcased front and center. It is a digital space where we feel empowered and resilient. Let us get to know each other. Let us cheer each other on AND show the world what we have to offer.

What's your current occupation? (i.e. Student, Scientist, Coach, In transition, etc.): Program Coordinator for UCI Underground Scholars
Without positions or titles, how would you describe yourself?: Restorative Justice Prison Facilitator, Juvenile Hall Teacher, Phoenix Arise Spanish Therapy Workshops, Poet
What are you passionate about?: Building the Prison to University Pipeline and advocating for children and families that suffer from mass incarceration
What does the representation of Scholars of Color mean to you?: It means everything because we need the representation, especially in higher education. We need more administrators, professors, and counseling to represent us.

Anything else you would like us to know?: I love restorative justice, especially poetry. I love doing poetry workshops with all age groups and in all settings.
