It is a platform in which scholars of color are purposefully celebrated. It’s a space where scholars of color are showcased front and center. It is a digital space where we feel empowered and resilient. Let us get to know each other. Let us cheer each other on AND show the world what we have to offer.

What do you currently do for work and/or school?: Fulltime: Health educator: Public Health, Sexual health prevention: Founder of Gordita's Way Inc.

Without positions or titles, how would you describe yourself?: Author, blogger, media director and motivational speaker.

What are you passionate about?: Body politics and radical self acceptance. My passions include and are not limited to: empowering womyn to wake up everyday with a sense of purpose.

Why is the representation of scholars of color important to you?: I think if we see more of ourselves as change agents, we will transform history and break generational traumas.
