Without positions or titles, how would you describe yourself?: First-generation 6 foot, Nicaraguan extroverted introvert learning to take up FULL space in every arena of my life. Sun seeker, avid aunty, vegetarian & animal lover, gardener, creator, and professional shower singer..
What are you passionate about?: Accessibility, equity, and diversity in education & sustainability spaces.
What does the representation of Scholars of Color mean to you?: Expanding accessibility and visibility to first-generation professionals. Easing networking and acknowledging accomplishments to continue to amplify voices of people of color.
