Without positions or titles, how would you describe yourself?: A hopeful romantic & nature loving optimist. A fun & sassy Afroperuana who loves to support her community in their dreams.

What are you passionate about?: Yoga, wellness, decolonizing, healing through sharing, collaboration, creativity, nature, commUNITY!

What does the representation of Scholars of Color mean to you?: It means so much! Especially after reading how it is trying to redefine what a scholar is. Growing up undocumented, I wasn't able to start college right away like many of my friends. I felt left out for not having the "college experience" even though I wasn't sure of what I wanted to study. Being represented here reminds me that I am so much much that a degree and a piece of paper. Thank you for this representation!
