It is a platform in which scholars of color are purposefully celebrated. It’s a space where scholars of color are showcased front and center. It is a digital space where we feel empowered and resilient. Let us get to know each other. Let us cheer each other on AND show the world what we have to offer.

What's your current occupation? (i.e. Student, Scientist, Coach, In transition, etc.): Bilingual Curriculum Specialist | Family Relationships Educator
Without positions or titles, how would you describe yourself?: I would describe myself as a passionate dramatica, I am as extra as they come with a splash of comedy. My intentions are to entertain for the purpose of enlightening another. In any position, my main objective is to support, inform and bring joy.
What are you passionate about?: I am passionate about just about anything and everything. My existence is to remain passionate, as there is where my purpose truly comes to light. To narrow it down I am passionate about holistic wellness, culture and empowerment.
What does the representation of Scholars of Color mean to you?: Scholars of Color is within itself important representation. As a scholar of color, I represent possibilities for the youth I work with. I represent opportunity for the parents I work with, in supporting them in their attainment of resources. I believe as scholars of color we represent culture, roots, opportunities and possibilities as a collective. When I come together in community with other scholars of color I think of hope.
