What is Scholars of Color?
It is a platform in which scholars of color are purposefully celebrated. It’s a space where scholars of color are showcased front and center. It is a digital space where we feel empowered and resilient. Let us get to know each other. Let us cheer each other on AND show the world what we have to offer.

What's your current occupation? (i.e. Student, Scientist, Coach, In transition, etc.): Software Engineer, writer and public speaker
Without positions or titles, how would you describe yourself?: An Indian bisexual man born and raised in Southall, West London. I love to help people and will fight and do whatever it takes to try and create change. Outside of this, I am a huge nerd who loves gaming, horror and all things geeky.
What are you passionate about?: Politically speaking, equality for all and equitable distribution of resources. I specifically focus on activism for queer people of colour and bisexual people, bringing to light the our struggles and trying to find ways to help solve the issues we face.
What does the representation of Scholars of Color mean to you?: People of colour are so often not given a platform when it comes to academia and queer people of colour even less so. Having a platform like Scholars of Color uplift us means the world
