It is a platform in which scholars of color are purposefully celebrated. It’s a space where scholars of color are showcased front and center. It is a digital space where we feel empowered and resilient. Let us get to know each other. Let us cheer each other on AND show the world what we have to offer.

Name: Kristina Marie Garnett
Gender Pronouns: she/her
What do you currently do for work and/or school?: I am a multi-disciplinary healing artist; I am a vocalist, singing American Icaros and playing percussion for meditative healing and inner journeying, through creation of original songs. I facilitate energy healing through a modality called "REGEN"--an experience of meditation, intuitive movement/dance, breathwork, and sensory stimulation by way of channeled guidance. I am a movement artist, performing and choreographing original works. I read Tarot and divine messages through use of charms (symbolism), pulling through messages via my intuitive channel. I am a commercial actress and model and a deeply grounded visionary ready to listen, talk, and share about anything involving Spirit and Universal Consciousness.
Without positions or titles, how would you describe yourself?: I am a guide----guiding others through experiencing my own shamanic deaths, leading me toward gaining more knowledge and understanding of our unique roles in this life and ways to expand/be/live this life experience at our greatest potential---and SHARING these keys with all through various modalities!
What are you passionate about?: I am passionate about spirit. All things non-physical that guide our physical experiences and how all the tools we ever need are right here at our disposal. SPIRIT SPEAKS!
Why is the representation of scholars of color important to you?: This is important because it is a one-stop shop for those looking for guidance and teachers who can relate on multiple levels to feel comfort and solace in reaching out and being assisted by people who LOOK and FEEL like them! This is literally the yellow-pages of ascension---the RECLAIMING of our bodies and time and energy through DECOLONIZING and reprogramming our minds from the confines of "teaching" we experience in the institutionalized education system.
